ST Elevation: When the ST segment is elevated over the isolelectric line (the resting midline)
SOB: Shortness of Breath
Diaphoresis: Excessive Sweating
N/V: Nausea/Vomiting

CAD: Coronary Artery Disease
CHF: Congestive Heart Failure
HTN: Hypertension
PAD: Peripheral Artery Disease
