Issuance of this report does not relieve the Contractor of his duties and responsibilities under the Contract. This report is to be read in conjunction with reports issued by any/all sub-consultants. Activities: Backfilling underway at SW corner of building. Geotechnical Tests on order. Backfill material has been tarped (covered) and heated to prevent freezing of materials. Compaction being done carefully to prevent damage to wall. Wall back-braced. Drainage gravel (1 meter wide) at wall, compaction, using small compactor. Sheet waterproofing installed and sealed at ends. Additional (upper) waterproofing to be installed when backfill is progressed along south wall. Observations: 1. Installation of foundation drainage system almost complete. Drainage gravel installed over drainage system. 2. Repair damaged (torn) areas of waterproofing sheet, on south wall, prior to backfill installation. Ends of sheets are sealed. 3. Back of concrete wall (Grid 2) is back-braced. Refer to photo. 4. Concrete patching underway at honey-combing in piers and columns. Photos of finished patch and prepared area ready to receive patch. Hurst Construction is documenting repairs, identifying locations and recording repairs (with photos). Structural review reports to be submitted. 5. Structural Engineering reports (TRL Engineering) to be forwarded to Sahuri + partners. Requested previously. 6. Erection of steel building frames complete. Installation of girts and rafters on-going. Steel frame plumbed and girts and rafters are being installed. Bolt tightening underway. 7. Scaffolding erected in anticipation of masonry start this week, weather dependent. Loading scaffolds scheduled this week, with hoarding and heat. 8. Backfilling inside building, (along east and west walls) completed. Hoarding and heating scheduled in dressing room areas having U/G plumbing. Mechanical start this week.

10. Site is fenced and signed. Site layout is neat & tidy.

11. Clarification of framing details at walking track requested by Ricklan.

12. No further issues or concerns raised at this time.
