Ingest Dashboard

• Lists all unassigned media

• Provides placeholder search

• Allows simple matching of media to placeholder

Newly arrived material that is unmatched for today, or all unmatched content. Double clicking on one of the rows will load the material into the player

Search allows searching for placeholders to match to.

Unassigned content can be dragged and dropped from upper panel into the placeholder slots. This will initiate any next workflow steps.

QC Dashboard

• Lists all material requiring QC

• Easy navigation to QC markers

• Simple pass/fail and notes

List of Manual QC tasks for operator. Highlighting is based on proximity to QC complete deadline specified in configuration.

Selected task can see material associated and double click to load in the player.

Reviewer can jump to technical points identified by auto-QC and review.

Form is completed to pass/fail QC along with notes to progress workflow.

Traffic Dashboard

• Lists all playout items requiring actions

• Provides tabs per channel and all channels

• Provides simple description of actions required

Material Status / Tasks dashboard per channel (or all channels).Status is shown based on material state and highlighting shown based on proximity to deadline for state tasks to be completed. Actions required show steps needed to transition to next state (e.g. missing material)Current status of workflows on asset can also be seen.
