We are now collecting retail listings to be included in this year's SVN Retail Properties brochure which will be presented at the 2014 ICSC Recon show in Las Vegas. Submission criteria: • Only RETAIL listings will be included. This includes all retail centers, single tenant NNN,
land zoned for retail and retail shopping center lease listings. • All properties (leases included) must be in BuildOut and be listed as "on market". • Minimum Sale Price $750,000. (With the exception of single tenant credit NNN) • You do NOT need to be attending the show in order to have your listings included in the brochure. Submission process: Fill out the applicable excel spreadsheet that was sent out from [email protected]. Email the spreadsheet and a high resolution photo to [email protected].
