COMPANY PROFILE
The Construction and Energy Industries are locomotive industries wh i ch leads
many sub-industries alongside their own progresses. These progressing industries
are requir ing both highest technological advanced installations and also high
quality hardware to be applied with an increasing demand.
Since its foundation in 1998, AYKEN Co. Ltd. has been focused on electrical and
mechanical installations as the main aspect of installation works, coupled with
technological hardware as primary area of activity, working by turn-key electrical,
mechanical and automation EPC contracts.
AYKEN Co. Ltd. have completed many National and International contracts, with a
principle of providing reliable engineering and contracting services with high quality
and well disciplined business principles governed by the ISO 9001-2000 Quality
Management System, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System and TS-
18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. The basic principle
constituting the quality policy of AYKEN is to complete and commission all the
contracted works and productions within the specified budget and time schedule
assigned by the contract, in compliance with the determined technical standards and
norms.
AYKEN Co. Ltd. has already completed many engineering and contracting services
for electrical – electronic installations in many projects successfully and currently is
working and proceeding with ongoing contracts at many locations in Turkey and in
other countries.

ENGINEERING & CONTRACTING SERVICES
Electrical & Mechanical engineering and contracting services of the Ayken
Company can be described as the Electrical&Mechanical and I&C Systems design
and erection for all kind of Buildings including all utility type buildings, Industrial
Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Small Hydro Power Plants and all utility type
buildings like hotels, hospitals, malls, residential complexes.
Ayken Ltd. Co.’s engineering and contracting services always a im to achieve the
latest technology as all the Power Plants, Industrial Complexes and all Intelligent
Buildings shall be constructed with the latest technological systems and
applications. All the latest norms and standards shall be taken into consideration
during the design and the erection of all these type of building constructions.
M.K oray ERYILMAZ is the company manager of Ayken Co Ltd., also coordinates
the contracting services. As a 1993 graduate of Middle East Technology
University Electrical-Electronics Engineering Dept., M.Koray ERYILMAZ, worked
in General Electric Medical Systems and Enersis Co.Ltd. after his graduation.
Since 1998, M. Koray ERYILMAZ has been managed Ayken Co. Ltd. as the
Company Manager and Chief Engineer.

the contracting services in Ayken Co. Ltd.. M.Koray ERYILMAZ graduated from
T.E.D Ankara College in 1989 and Middle East Technical University Electrical
Electronics Engineering Department in 1993. He got the post graduate M.Sc.
degree from Middle East Technical University in 1996. M.Koray ERYILMAZ worked
in General Electric Medical Systems Co. and Enersis Co. Ltd. after the graduation
in the field engineer, site chief, project manager and group manager positions for
many contracts before the establishment of Ayken Ltd Co. Ayken Ltd Co. has been
established in 1998 and managed by M. Koray ERYILMAZ as the owner and
Company Manager since 1998.
