ULTRACLEAR AR with ITO Anti-Slip Spray

Make Edging Super Hydrophobic AR lenses EASY

• Just spray on UltraClear Anti-Slip Spray, use the edging pad included in SOMO ULTRACLEAR AR lenses and edge as usual.

• Low cost solution. Only $29.95/can. One can treats 600 lenses; 5 cents per lens.

• Please lightly spray onto lens for best results. Overspraying will not help its non-slip performance, but will cause slippage.

Anti-Slippage and Protection spray for SUPER HYDROPHOBIC ULTRA-CLEAR Anti-Reflective lenses

PROCEDURE1. Spray lens one time from a distance of approximately 10 inches. a. This will create fine bubbles on the surface. b. It will not create a film that covers the surface equally! 2. Wait for approximately 1 minute. 3. Block the lens using the blocking pad included with SOMO’s ULTRACLEAR AR lenses. 4. Edge sprayed and blocked lens.5. The adhesive spray can be removed with isopropyl alcohol.

TIPS• Make sure to adhere the anti-slip pad on lens surface without any bubbles or wrinkles.• Use a clam chuck with FLAT type in lieu of V type.• Some edging machines with strong first run pressure may need to lower the pressure by adjustment or manual help.• Before applying the above procedure, try to prevent axis deviation by operational handling such as adjusting pressure.
