Multi Zone Control PanelsFor systems where several areas need to be controlled. Each zone can be controlled by its own independent signals or set up to work as a slave to operate when any other zone is activated. Based on the SVCS it has all the same inout and output facilities.

PACS (Programmable-Addressable Control System) is an ideal solution to control multiple vents andinputs while reducing cabling and associated costs. A large multi-zone control panels is no longer required, reducing on average wiring costs by 75%. A Master Controller operates up to 200 outstations as a stand alone system or can be integrated with an existing Fire Alarm System.

We stock a complete range of actuators from 380mm up to 860mm in chain andlinear style including twin

versions from manufacturerssuch as Ferralux, Ultraflex

and Topps we can find a solution to all types of

ventilation requirements and usually despatch

within 24hours.

All actuators come in 24v version to be operate via

a comtrol panel (see page 7)or in 230v versions which can

be operated via a standard retractive switch.

Krystalite Glass louvre Ventilatorsare available as standard in variousforms of Single Glass and Twin Glassoptions, they are site glazed dry fromthe inside requiring no special tools.

There is a choice with the Single Glassmodel, type SG, for glass thicknesses of 6, 8 and 12 mm. There is a choice with the Twin Glass model, type TG, for twin glass panel thicknesses of 24, 28 and 32 mm.

A vast array of outer adaptor frame options gives the specifier more choiceand freedom in design and visual appeal.The Krystalite Twin Glazed version has an aluminium frame which is thermally broken to provide the best insulation properties possible and the ability of the louvre to be completely flush with the façade, particularly important inglazing applications.

Stirling is an environmentallyfriendly product incorporating all the recyclable and sustainable elements of aluminium and the efficient thermal properties of Polyamide Thermal Break Technology giving you a high performance thermally efficient product. It is the perfect solution for modern buildings.

Appearance and colours help todetermine the prominence, impactand character of a building combiningto harmonise or contrast with thier surroundings.The Stirling ventilator is available as mill finish aluminium, polyester powder painted to a wide rangeof BS and RAL colours with Dual Colour options easily accommodated where that little extra specialfeature is required.

Smoke Control Systems worked closely the main contrac-tor to help them achieve their completion dates on time, in-stalling a pressure diff erential controlled smoke shaft over 7 stories.

Installing all hardware including AOV Doors, Fansets and controls. Due to last minute building design change SCS were also asked at short notice to supply, install and com-mission a Smoke Curtain to the entrance lobby.

Removal of existing roof vents and Control System and re-place with new.

Due to the poor state of the existing vents and their instal-lation system Smoke Control Systems came up with a vent design and installation not only reducing the installation costs but 50% but also did not eff ecting any of the existing glazing system seals.

This was a very time critical job with the fi rst vents being de-livered to site and fi tted within 3 weeks of receipt of order.

Working closely with Fanhear staff all work was carried out, out of hours thus not aff ecting footfall for the centre.
