PRODUCT INFORMATION The V1358 DC is an intelligent, single lane skinning machine designed to deep skin all trout and salmon. The skinning machine is equipped with a servo motor on the knife, which automatically adjusts the cutting thickness. Hereby you achieve an improvement of yield on 0,5-3%.

On the touch screen the operator can programme the de-

sired width of the bloodstream, e.g. 20, 30 mm. The opera-

tor can also make programs for different fish sizes, hereby

increasing efficiency.
