A customized Risk Management Service Plan is developedbased on each client’s special needs and typically involves:• Detailed analysis of your loss experience to identify trends and/or frequencies
• Conduct a thorough exposure analysis of your business operations, including employee activities, processes, equipment, materials, total work environment, building/facility, job site, etc.
• Identify training areas or enforcement needs upon initial assessment
