FACTS

• There are 100 full time class teachers.There are 1250 pupils that attend the school.There are 52 + languages spoken. It is the BEST international school in the west side of Scotland.!!The head teacher is called Mrs Grant There is a bilingual unit to help people finding it hard with learning English.

Departments !

• There are about 16 departments in Shawlands academy including English, Technical, Mathematics and Modern Languages these are a small selection of the departments. : )

About The Subjects

• History is my favourite subject it’s the one I really like I’m really good at it

• Geography is another good subject. I think its really good because you can learn about the worlds troubles

• I.C.T is my 2nd favourite and many people like it because you can make PowerPoints like this so that’s the 3 best subjects between me and my friends
