What Will Stay the Same for Me? What Will Change for Me?
There are no longer any CATCs or RAs; therefore, you will not receive support from your RA.
• There are now, Instructor Training Centers (ITCs) and Academy Support Centers (ASCs) which will provide training and support to your CA staff.
• Using tools that have been integrated into the New Experience, you will have a new way to see your supporting ASC and ITC(s) and Cisco.
• Like a Local Academy, the Cisco Academy still teaches students the Cisco Networking Academy curricula.
• Cisco Academies still use instructors who have been trained by a qualified Cisco Instructor Trainer.
• Class management for Instructors is still in Academy Connection until further development.
