By running a Connect Applications trouble shooting exercise BT identified the route of the issue was due to network chatter between a myriad of applications as well as an unexplained constant print traffic exchange. BT implemented their Connect Application's services which can streamline traffic by up to 95%. Now Manpower are kept in the picture on how their network performs day by day.
