Highly motivated Project and Construction Engineer, with over sixteen (16) years of experience in Greenfields and Brownfields engineering projects within the Oil & Gas Industry across the APAC Region. Comprehensive understanding of design processes, manufacturing, onshore construction/offshore installation methods and the constraints involved in working on a live processing facility, in addition to a tactical background in Brownfields offshore implementation. RCR Tomlinson Pty Ltd – Oil & Gas Division October 2015 – December 2016 Pre Contract Lead -‐ Woodside Energy Ltd (WEL) Contracts / Project Manager -‐ Woodside Energy Ltd (WEL) Site Manager – Karratha Gas Plant (KGP) for Execution phase of VSDS Project (WEL)
Project: Projects listed below were in conjunction with the HVAC and Multidiscipline Services Agreement to service WEL’s Onshore and Offshore Facilities: • VSDS Building HVAC Upgrade on KGP • CCR Chillers Upgrade on Pluto LNG. • GWA Chiller Controls System Upgrade • Okha HVAC Campaign Upgrade
Key Deliverables: • Growing the scope of the contract from Maintenance to incorporate various projects, through
successful tendering for some of RCR’s first small HVAC Upgrade related projects as an EPC; • Evaluating the current business structure for the Oil & Gas Division and developing a small team
to run projects from FEED right through to execution and project handover, to meet WEL’s extensive contract prerequisites;
• Regularly providing feedback on all aspects of the tenders, including construction methodology, commercial/technical risks & opportunities, alternative solutions, submission documentation, material & subcontract enquires and any programming requirements, in addition to formatting of proposal documents and benchmarking;
• Development of documentation and procedures to deliver Projects in line with WEL formatting, particularly the KGP/KLE specific format for execution;
• Fostering strong relationships and further enhancing these to promote RCR’s name as the EPC of choice, for the completion of HVAC and mechanical chiller upgrades for WEL’s Onshore and Offshore assets;
• Frequent site visits to build client relationships and support the onsite team through the expansion of the contract scope to include packages of work and maintenance on Pluto LNG and support WEL assets for the North-‐West Shelf JV;
• Mobilisation to KGP to manage Client Representation, the execution of the VSDS project and oversee the direct-‐hire work crew.
Key Achievements: • Contributing extensive personal WEL contacts (Perth and Onsite) to the organisation to expand
the scope of the contract; • Engineered the scope and lead a team to remove and rebuild the Pluto LNG central control
room chiller’s, whilst maintaining full functionality of the facility; • Effectively engineered a solution to install the HVAC Units on the LNG Train 4 VSDS Building’s
without interrupting production, by altering the scope from Shutdown Critical in April 2016 to non-‐shutdown.

Ausclad Group of Companies (AGC) March 2014 – July 2015 Senior Project Engineer / Bid Manager -‐ Woodside Energy Ltd (WEL)
Project: Karratha Berth 1 LNG Jetty Refurbishment Phase 1 Project. AGC assisted with developing the TIC estimate and Project Execution Schedule for the Develop FEED phase Investment Decision for the Joint Venture Partners. Key Deliverables: • Managing the new EPCM Matrix and the Implementation Contractor’s involvement under AGC’s
Multi Discipline Services Agreement with WEL; • Establishing the original Project Execution Team’s to manage the current WEL
Projects/Shutdowns for 2014, which consisted of the DOMGAS 1, DOMGAS2 and LNG Train 1 Shutdown’s on the Karratha Gas Plant (KGP) for the EPCM Transfield Worley Pty Ltd;

Fluor Australia (October 2011 – December 2013) August 2012 – December 2013 Field Construction Engineer / OMV Client Interface Representative
Projects: OMV Raroa FPSO Refurbishment and Life Extension, which included in-‐situ change-‐out of the APL process swivel and other refurbishment activities. The main project objective was to keep the vessel on location, minimise production downtime and reduce total installed capital cost. Key Deliverables: • Identification of the proposed method for in-‐situ process swivel change-‐out, given critical
constraints (i.e. project timeframe, weather window), whilst minimising onshore construction hours and process shutdown period;
• Conducting and managing the full detailed FPSO pre-‐engineering survey to determine the construction methodology and handover of technical data to engineering;
• Development of detailed execution methodology and engineered lifting plan for the in-‐situ swivel change-‐out in sea conditions;
• Development of a unique and innovative offshore static lifting solution for the transfer of the 50t swivel from vessel to vessel, without the need to utilise an offshore heavy crane;

• Maintaining team focus on Risk Reduction in all aspects of implementation planning; and participation in project risk and constructability reviews;

Key Deliverables: • Engaging and managing a team of 35 third party contractors for site implementation and
installation activities, materials supply, project costs, and HS&E; • Development of a robust system to deliver safe, and cost effective Workpacks, Jobcards and
installation deliverable procedures; • Participation in project risk and constructability reviews; • Management of technical changes and queries; • Schedule and progress reporting, ensuring project completion was on time and on schedule,
and without disruption; • Responsible for all fabrication and delivery, in accordance with a tight project schedule driven
