SCHOOL MAGAZINE IMAGE ANALYSIS

I chose this picture to use for my magazine because the people included are the aged people that I am aiming to target for the school magazine.

The children included in the picture are engaged in some sort of learning activity and represents the theme of my school magazine.

PICTURE 1

I chose this picture of children in their seats in a class room listening to the teacher in a lesson.

This represents my theme of school and what school life is.

It also gives the audience a view of the classroom from where the children sit and see what it is like for them.

PICTURE 2

I chose this picture of a midshot of two school children taking part in a practical science chemistry lesson.

It targets the audience because the picture is subject specific and shows the readers what they could be doing whilst in school and displays opportunity's.

I would use this image for my magazine because it represents school children doing a subject specific task.

The children are in school which is portrayed by them wearing a uniform. By them wearing a uniform this could be used in a school magazine because it targets the audience of the school and represents the genre accurately.

Using this image in my magazine would represent the way in which students communicate with each other.

I would use this image in my magazine because it shows children in secondary school being able to communicate with each other and looking as if they are having a good time sharing ideas.

It is important for students to feel comfortable and happy in their environment's and this picture displays the right image that should be portrayed from going to school.

I would use this image in my magazine because it is important that students now learn how to use technology for the benefit of their education.

This picture represents two students in a secondary school being able to communicate and help each other understand how to use this technology so that it will help them expand their personal knowledge.

I would use this picture in my magazine because it shows students in a school engaging in their lesson.

It is important for children to be involved in their lessons and to be interested and ask the teacher questions when they feel as if there has been a mis-understanding. To have a picture of this displayed on my magazine will have a positive outlook on school life.

I would use this image on my magazine because it is showing school pupils clearly in their uniform. They are all smiling and shows that they are all happy to be in that environment and happy to be learning.

I would also choose this picture because, relationships of pupils is important when going to school. It is important that pupils get along and have a relationship outside the classroom as well as in the classroom with sharing ideas each day.

I would use this image on my magazine because it shows the end result of pupils working together in teams and producing something they have all made together.

It shows that the pupils are taught to work in groups and can do that to produce something that the whole group is proud of and feel like they have achieved something great by being in school.

I would use this image for my magazine because it shows a group of school children, happy with something they have achieved.

To go to school and also take part in activities representing the school should be published in a school magazine so that the rest of the school viewers can read and see what has been achieved.
