IR Thermography Service A very impressive technology, that is non-destructive, non contact, fast & does not affect the production process. Thermography is a type of infrared imaging science that using to identify variations in temperature and heat sources in day or night. The infrared camera allows us to see what our eyes cannot! We are using this unique technology for, 1. Detecting loose or corroded electrical connections 2. Detecting Electrical unbalance and overloads 3. Inspecting electric motors 4. Inspecting Industrial gearboxes & Coupling 5. Inspecting bearings and moving components 6. Locating Levels In Tanks, Vessels & Silos 7. Monitoring transformers 8. Inspecting process industry to find leakages, blockages 9. Inspecting insulation efficiency, etc.

Steel Structure Building Inspection:

Visual Inspection: Visual Inspection by a AWS (American Welding Society) Certified Welding Inspector after the

welding to ensure the welding quality as per AWS D1.1 (American Welding Society) Standard.

Inspection Zone: 100% of All Weld.

Findings: Surface Crack, Blowhole, Undercut, Welding mismatch, Burn Through, Corner Melt, End Melt, Concave/Convex of Fillet Weld, Incomplete Fusion, Incomplete Penetration, Roughness, Undersize Filler Weld, Proper Welding Method, Under fill, Offset, Arc Strikes, Fabrication Scars, Spatter

Dimension Check: Dimension check by an engineer to ensure the correct measurement of steel member, anchor bolt hole, stiffener, clids etc according to the drawing. Inspection Zone: All Steel Structure Members. Findings:

Dye Penetrant Test: Dye Penetrant Testing with Magnaflux DPT Chemicals by an ASNT DPT Level-II engineer and Imagery Interpretation Report. Inspection Zone: 15% of All Fillet Weld. Findings: Very small surface Crack, Small Blowhole, Undercut. Ultrasonic Test: Ultrasonic Flaw detection with Advanced Ultrasonic Phased Array Flaw Detector by an ASNT UT Level-II Engineer and S-Scan Imagery Interpretation report. Inspection Zone: 100% of All Butt Weld Findings:

1. Internal Defect of Butt Joint 2. Butt Joint Internal Crack 3. Butt Joint Internal Porosity

Training and Consultancy Services: For our customer we are providing training and consultancy services on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Condition Monitoring Technology.
