FACILITY RENTALS

PARTY ROOMSUpper Level Multi-purpose room, which is located onthe main floor, holds up to 80 people with tables and chairs.Included is the use of the attached kitchen.

**We offer a special rate for children’s birthday parties. Ifneeded, we have contacts for entertainment, sports or artsand crafts parties. Plus for tweens and teens, we have adisco ball for those dance parties with or without a DJ.

Lower Level Multi-purpose room, seats 150 peoplewith tables and chairs, and offers you a grand space with abeautiful view of the park. (Parties that are 4 hours also haveuse of our spacious lounge area/kitchen, which is suitablefor catered events.)

MEETING ROOMSLet one of the Rye Recreation facilities be the site of yournext business meeting. Rooms at the Damiano RecreationCenter are available for rent on a weekly, bi-weekly ormonthly basis.

SOFTBALL FIELDSSoftball fields may be secured on select days and times.

PICNIC SHELTERSPicnic shelters are available from May through October.They provide the perfect setting for your function. Picnicfacilities can accommodate 20-150 people. We have twoshelters located in Rye Recreation Park and one located atGagliardo Park.

BASKETBALL COURTSIn the back of Rye Recreation Park we have two basketballcourts which could be perfect for your next event.

SKATE PARKPerfect for events up to 15 participants. All participantsmust follow all rules of the park and have a signed waiveron file with the recreation department. Skate boards notincluded.

When do I sign up? Registration for both on-line and walk-ins start the same day. No phone registrationsaccepted. Mail-in or Walk-in registrations received prior to the registration date will beaccepted and put aside for processing at the end of the first day of registration. Rye Recreation is looking for talented, fun, hard-working teens and adults for a gratifying experience working at oneof our four summer day camp programs. If that is you, please view our open positions and select only those whichyou are currently interested in and eligible for.

When applying for a position please read below and make sure you meet the minimum qualifications:All Staff must be available for 6-weeks of camp: July 1 - August 9 as well as attendance at all scheduled orientations

• Junior Counselor/Counselor in Training: must be entering 9th or 10th grade in fall 2013 and be younger than 16years of age on July 1, 2013. All those that are applying for our Junior Counselors positions have until March 31to submit application. We will not accept any applications after that point. This is a volunteer only position!
