On Saturday, June 19, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency in Buffalo, Camp Good Days will be holding its annual gala event to raise funds for its programming and services and to celebrate its 31 st year as an organization! Always an entertaining, uplifting event, this year’s theme, “Campers in Wonderland” will not disappoint. What with Rob Lederman of 97 Rock serving as the evening’s MC and as the Mad Hatter…guests will surely have a WONDERful time! Among the many community supporters on-hand for the evening will be Honorary Chairman, Paul Gaustad of the Buffalo Sabres and Sabres’ Coach, Lindy Ruff. Camp Good Days offers year-round programs for children who are dealing with cancer. Through Camp Good Days, the children are able to attend professional sporting events, major national concerts, musicals, theme parks and many more events, providing them with comfort, self-esteem, and laughter. In addition, Campers may attend a week of summer camp - locally for children up to age 7 and at our recreational facility on Keuka Lake, (AKA: a child’s paradise) for those 8 or older.
