I. I. DefinitionDefinition1.1 Mentoring:

Mentoring is a relationship between an experienced person and a less experienced person for the purpose of helping the less experienced person.

1.2 Coaching: Coaching is a powerful tool that can help you to make changes in your business or career, improve your performance, enhance your relationships with others or develop specific skills.
