1. Growth Sales reached only 3.57% (YoY up to November 2017)

2. kWh Target Sales just reach 99.3% from target up to December RKAP 2017

3. There are 22 customers-657.4 MVA-188 GWh/month that parallel the power plant and still have > 4000 MW captive power potentially parallel

4. There are 414 PV customers per May 2018 and will continue to grow in the business and industry sectors

5. There are 13 Medium Industry Customers stop

6. E-min 40 hours is too low so it does not cover the cost of providing capacity

7. Fuel price can not be controlled

Create billing system which accommodate export-import offset and gives credit deposit from Solar PV Consumer.

Provide sufficient reserve margin and appropriate type to adjust the intermittency of Solar PV.

Keep maintaining the reliability and quality of PV Rooftop customers and their surroundings by maintaining the balance of local supply and demand

Connection Procedure and Purchase1. The developer shall complete the requirements of the connection study procedure and feasibility study submitted to the PLN Wilayah/Distribusi

2. PLN Wilayah/Distribusi will review the study of the connection whether it meets the applicable interconnection technical requirements and evaluate whether there is potential adverse impact on the distribution system of 20 kV

Fast-Track Connection Review1. RE Power plant that meets the installed capacity requirements as follows:

• RE Power plant with capacity not more than 2 MW (Java Bali)• RE Power plant with capacity not more than 200 kW (outside Java Bali)• RE Power plant with a capacity of not more than 30 kW (connected 400 V)

2. Required to meet the following requirements:• Not exceeding 25% of peak load capacity• SCL does not exceed 10% of the maximum short circuit current of the feeder

3. PLN Territory / Distribution will carry out the Fast-Track review process for free

Director Decree No. 733.K/DIR/2013 Pemanfaatan Energi Listrik dari Fotovoltaik oleh Pelanggan PT PLN (Persero)

Installation Provision1. Customer's Photovoltaic is installed and placed on the Customer’s Building.

2. Photovoltaic shall be operated in parallel with the electricity system of PLN.

3. Customers could send kWh excess energy from Photovoltaic to PLN power system.

4. PLN may provide information on electrical energy received by PLN from Photovoltaic, if necessary.

Energy Transaction1. PLN installed import export kWh meter (ExIm) type for PLN customers utilizing electrical energy from Photovoltaic, apart from

PLN electricity.2. Electrical energy received by PLN from Photovoltaic will be offset with the electrical energy that PLN sends to Customers.

3. In the event that the energy received by PLN from Photovoltaic is greater than the energy delivered by PLN, the difference becomes the deposit of kWh to be calculated in subsequent months, and so on.

4. Customer shall be liable to the Minimum Account in accordance with the power connected to the PLN
