Swiss Solutions offers a complete range with oil spill absorbents and polution containers. The high quality Oil Only Absorbents are available in many different versions such as pads, booms, socks, rolls, mats etc.

Swiss Solutions Oil Polution Containers In the range there are standard Oil Polution Containers complete filled with all the right materials to act fast in case of an oil spill. Sizes are 1100 liter, 7 barrel, 12 barrel (according to IMO OPA and US Coast Guard regulations). The heavy duty containers are watertight and corrosion free and made of a strong GRP.

GreenOil Standard® Filter insertsGreenOil filter inserts are filled with sheepwool and not with cellulose materials. All GreenOil filter inserts are designed for optimal dirt holding and maximum filter performance. The filter canister enables fast filter replacement without fysical contact with oil. Tests have shown that GreenOil filters remove soft contami-nants that are precursors for the formation of varnish in the oil. Consequently, GreenOil filters continuously keep VPR (Varnish Potential Rating) below critical figures even in systems with high loads and elevated temperatures. Filter rating specifications according to ISO 4406:99 at B(c) = 75.

Denfoil Maritime

Tercoo® Tercoo® rotating discs is a product for removing of rust, layers of dirt such as glue, paint etc. It remove this from different materials such as iron, metal, stone and concrete. The result after this surface preparation is almost the same as with shot blasting. Tercoo® is the best way of surface preparation when blasting is not possible. There are 3 different Tercoo® discs for use in a standard drill. The Tercoo® tool is a rubber disc with 12 steel tubes vulcanized in it. Special conical shaped tungsten steel pins are mounted in the tubes. The disc is made of 96% natural rubber which provide it’s flexibility. When the disc is rotating the pins are moving in different directions. This will give a hammering effect on the surface to achieve a clean surface and a good surface roughness. The best results gives a rotation speed of 2500-3000 rpm. At a lower speed the effect will be less but the disc is than more flexible with the possibility to reach difficult places such as corners. In this situation a speed of 1200 rpm is recommended. Especially for bigger areas Tercoo® offers a special machine for use in combination with an 8-layer Multi Disc.

Prolumia LED Luminaires

Waterproof IP65 LED Luminaire Series Pro-Area & Pro-Aqua, a high efficient alternative for fluorescent luminaires. The series Pro-Area is made of an extruded anodized aluminium housing with a polycarbonate diffuser, attached by stainless steel clips. Available with integrated microwave sensor, featuring adjustable detection range, time span and daylight level (light only switch on, if illumiance level is lower than set value. With integrated motion sensor or an additional link, it can be switched between 0% - 100% or 20% and 100% light output. Fixtures with and without sensor can be combined as master/slave (max. 15 fixtures). Additionally, the Pro-Area is also available with an emergency unit. Available in 3 lengths and in 4000K & 6000K light color. Light output from 1150 lumen up to 4600 lumen.

Prolumia Pro-AquaThe series Pro-Aqua is a great alternative for standard fluorescent watertight luminai-res. Grey housing made of UV stabilized polycarbonate, the semi-transparant polycar-bonate shield is attached with stainless steel clips. The SMD-LED’s are mounted on an anodized mounting plate, which also act as a heat sink and offers an improved cooling. (Pendant) mounting is possible with stainless steel mounting brackets. The luminai-res are suitable for through wiring. Required cable glands and fasteners are included. Available in 3 different lengths in the 4000K light color.
