Tube Slides

Guests can ascend the Water Tower adjacent to the children’s pool to access the Acequia Tube Slides. At the 35’ high start platform, guests will not only experience an expansive view of the surrounding landscape and Water Experience, but also the excitement of the twists and turns awaiting them in the two 275-foot-long Acequia Tube Slides.

Body Slides

The Canyon Oak Twister and Hill Country Plunge body slides soar above the Hill Country. Guests can take the ultimate plunge down the Hill Country Plunge body slide as they reach up to speeds of 20 mph. The Canyon Oak Twister has the dramatic door dropping excitement as you swish from 60 feet in the air downhill. Riders must be at least 48” tall to ride the attraction.

Lazy River

Grab a tube and enjoy the 1,100-foot lazy river! This is a perfect opportunity for guests to take a leisurely float around the 9-acre waterpark.

Pedernales RiverThe Pedernales River is a 650-foot innovative and unique custom water ride experience. Utilizing lower gradients and higher volumes of water, the slide is very similar to a natural river. The swift current produces a fast moving, powerful ride experience that literally carries rider and tubes from one curve into the next.

Kid’s Pool

Created for activity and child’s play, the Children’s Pool area features a zero-depth beach entry pool with two kiddie slides (4’ ht. and 6’ ht. above the water) and a third slide in the water that provide hours of enjoyment. From this area, guests can interact with others floating along the Pedernales River.

Hours of Operation

ACTIVITY POOL, FAMILY HOT TUB & ADULT POOL –OPEN DAILY FROM 8AM – 10PM. ATTRACTIONS: WATER SLIDES, LAZY RIVER & KID’S POOL – OPEN WEATHER PERMITTING, ABOVE 55 DEGREES AND HOURS VARY BY SEASON.

Sand Beach Pool

Enjoy relaxing at our River Bend pool holding 97,000 gallons of water near the sand for everyone to create their own sand castle fun! No inner tubes are allowed into the Sand Beach Pool and life-jackets are highly encouraged for weak or non-swimmers.

Activity Pool

Venture out in the 261,000-gallon pool while having fun in the sun! No inner tubes are allowed into the Activity Pool and life-jackets are highly encouraged for weak or non-swimmers.

Family Hot Tub

Enjoy our heated family hot tub all year long!

Adult Pool

Adults can relax and enjoy the views while listening to the waterfall created by the infinite edge along one side of the adult leisure pool or from the adjacent adult whirlpool.

Cabana Rentals

Sit back and relax in one of our Luxurious Cabanas that are located at either the Sand Beach Pool or Activity Pool. Each cabana seats up to 8 guests and is equipped with shade, lounge seating, refrigerator with water, safe and personal VIP service to ensure an exceptional experience. Cabana guests also have convenient access to a private server to enjoy the tastes of the Rivertop Bar and Grill. Cabana reservations required at jwsanantonio.ipoolside.com. Cost and availability may vary depending on the season. Group Sales and Private Event can be reserved through the Resort Experience Sales Coordinator at 210-491-5885.

Rivertop Poolside Grill

The Rivertop menu features foods built on San Antonio regional cuisine. Wahoo fish tacos, carne asada and carnitas, the highlight of the menu, are prepared with innovation and flair, fresh made tortillas and salsas create a feeling of “I have to have one of those.” Other dishes may include fresh barbecue pork sliders, beef and jack chalupas, frito pie with Texas chili and salsa fresca, along with an array of freshly made grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches and fresh grilled seafood. Signature beverages include a selection of colorful specialty frozen drinks, margaritas, mai tais, bottled beers, draft beers, classic and contemporary hand-crafted cocktails.
