Retail CustomersRetail Customers are customers who purchase SOZO® product at the suggested retail price, whether directly from one of our Distributors or through an online purchase. Distributors may purchase product at its wholesale price and resale it for retail profit.

Preferred Customers

Preferred Customers are your customers who sign up with SOZO® on a recurring order agreement for their product orders of 50SV (Sales Volume) or more and receive Preferred Customer pricing on SOZO products. With sales to Preferred Customers, you earn a commission for your e�orts calculated on the di�erence between wholesale and preferred retail pricing. Also, Preferred Customer orders qualifiy you for many other benefits in the Rewards Plan. The main strength of the SOZO business is the sale of products to Preferred Customers, which means the more customers you have, the more you can earn.

Independent DistributorYou become an Independent Distributor once you have completed the SOZO® Enrollment Agreement and have purchased either a Distributor Starter Kit for $99 or a SOZO® Product Pack (which includes a Starter Kit) at the time of enrollment. See Product Pack prices on page 3. An Independent Distributor earns commissions on orders placed within his or her downline. SOZO® will pay up to a maximum of 50% of total Qualified Personal Enrollment Tree Volume every month.

A fast start bonus is a great way to incentivize your new Distributor to succeed. Distributors can qualify for the Fast Start Bonus for every personally sponsored Distributor that meets the qualifications.

Customer Acquisition Bonus

Starting your business o� correctly will help you create and sustain a successful business with viable long-term income potential. A strong customer base is one of the most vital parts of your business. SOZO® rewards you early on to help start your business o� on the right foot with our Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB). For every 5 Preferred Customers you personally enroll in the first 28 days, SOZO® will pay you a CAB of $200. For example, personally enroll 10, earn $400. This is a fast way to start earning money in SOZO®and is the key to starting your business right. After 28 days, SOZO® will continue to reward you with a $50 bonus for every 3 Preferred Customers that you acquire. So you never stop earning! Bonuses will be paid after recurring orders are processed.

Business Builder Bonus

If you become Fast Start qualified in your first 28 days as a Distributor and personally sponsor a Distributor on your left and right legs who are also Fast Start Qualified within their first 28 days of enrollment, you will become Qualified for Business Builder Bonuses. The Business Builder Bonus is based upon your rank and the enrollment pack sold. The combined purchase price of the three packs purchased by you and your two enrollees must equal at least 700SV. Instead of selling Product Packs, a Distributor may sell retail product that exceeds 1000SV in the first 28 days. All other requirements remain the same. See chart below for bonus payouts. (If a Distributor elects to sell 1000SV of Retail Sales instead of Product Packs, the Business Builder Bonus is $100 and is paid the same as a Basic Pack.)

Business Builder Bonus Qualification Example:1. You join the company and either purchase a Product Pack or sell retail product of 300SV or more within 28 days of your join date.2. In addition to number 1 above, you must refer two Preferred Customers also within 28 days of your join date.3. You are now Fast Start Qualified. (Instead of 1 above, you may also sell 300 in Retail Sales Volume in your first 28 days)4. You enroll two Distributors who both get Fast Start Qualified as you did in #1 and #2 above in their first 28 days. The combined price of all three packs exceeds 700SV, or if retail sales volume is used for qualifications, total Product Pack plus retail sales volume must be greater than or equal to 1000SV.5. You are now qualified for the Business Builder Bonus, and the Business Builder Bonus pays out to qualified Distributors as outlined in the table above.6. Once you are Pearl Qualified or above, you will start to receive a Business Builder Bonus from all qualifying activity.

New Business Bonus

Each time you sell a SOZO® Product Pack you receive a New Business Bonus paid on the product portion of the package. The Product Packs are valuable business product options to promote retailing and help to quickly develop business for new Distributors by paying a bonus on each pack sold, as well as provide valuable tools for your business.*

In addition to the New Business Bonus, each SOZO® Product Pack carries commissionable volume that is paid on Sales Volume through the Dual-Team organization.

A minimum of 300 SV on each placement tree leg is required to generate a Dual-Team Commission. When the Dual-Team Commission is calculated, an equal amount of SV is deducted from each leg. See Carry Over Volume limits under Definitions. *AS = Autoship Volume, or recurring order volume; BV = Business Volume. See definitions on p.9.

Dual-Team Commissions

Dual-Team Commissions are calculated from your placement tree, which has two legs: a left and a right. Earning Dual-Team Commissions only requires a Distributor to be Active and Qualified.

You will be compensated based on Product Pack Sales Volume within your placement tree. As your group begins to grow, you are entitled to Dual-Team Commissions based on the total Product Pack SV generated in your lesser leg. Only orders that contain a SOZO Product Pack are calculated for Dual-Team Commissions. Dual-Team Volume must be a minimum of 300 SV to trigger the commission. If the weak leg volume is less than 300 SV, then the existing SV will carry forward to the following week as long as you remain Active.* If you have not yet achieved the rank of Bronze, your volume will carry forward and be paid once you achieve this rank.* Dual-Team Commissions are limited by your “paid as” rank up to $100,000 per week. Dual-Team Commissions may be earned by being 80AS/100BV Active at the Entrepreneur Ranks, or 160AS/200BV Active or greater at higher ranks.

SOZO® rewards plan 5Personal Team Commissions

Earn a percentage of sales from the previous calendar month based on total Personal Enrollment Tree Volume (PEV) through 7 levels of your organization with compression. Earn more by achieving a higher rank status! Regardless of rank, Level (0) pays 5% of all BV in excess of 200SV. This includes all of your Retails Sales plus personal purchases.

Diamond Leadership Bonus

When you achieve the rank of Diamond, you qualify to earn up to 1.5% on all PEV from your 8th level to the next Distributor of equal or greater rank. Depending on your rank, and the rank of those in your Personal Enrollment Tree, your percent of the PEV will change (refer to the table below). For example: if you are a Triple Diamond, you will make 0.75% of your total PEV until you reach a Diamond, at which point you will begin earning 0.5% and you will earn 0.5% below them until you reach a Double Diamond, at which point you will earn 0.25% until the next Triple Diamond or above, below which you will no longer earn a bonus.

At SOZO®, we believe in providing rewards that exceed the typical company in our industry. Global Bonus Pools

SOZO® rewards a “one mission, one vision” philosophy and rewards it through our Global Bonus Pools. In order to earn from the Global Bonus Pools you must be at the “paid as rank” AND you must have 2 active Retail/Preferred customers (minimum 50SV each) as specified in the tables below. Every week SOZO adds up all global sales volume and puts assigned percentages into three Global Bonus Pools. Enrollment Product Pack sales are not included in the Global Bonus Pool. At the beginning you start earning shares of the Entrepreneur Pool.

The Entrepreneur Pool is 2% of the Global SV from Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Distributor purchases, and is divided by the ranks from Bronze to Platinum. The higher your rank in the Entrepreneur class, the more shares you will earn in the pool.

The Executive Pool is 2% of the Global SV from Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Distributor purchases, and is divided by the ranks from Pearl to Diamond. The higher your rank in the Executive class, the more shares you will earn in the pool.

The Ambassador/Elite Pool is 2% of the Global SV from Preferred Customers, Retail Customers and Distributor purchases, and is divided by the ranks from Double Diamond to Royal Black Diamond. The higher your rank in the Ambassador/Elite class, the more shares you will earn in the pool.

Global Bonus Pools are subject to a 50% SV cap.

EXAMPLEThe Company does 1,000,000 in Global Sales Volume from recurring orders, preferred customer purchases and retail purchases during a one week period. The Entrepreneur Class Pool would have 2% of the 1,000,000 or $20,000 in the Pool. Assume there were 5 Bronzes, 5 Silvers, 5 Golds and 5 Platinums that were paid this week. The 5 Bronzes would have 5 shares, the 5 Silvers would take 10 shares, the 5 Golds would take 15 shares and the 5 Platinums would take 20 shares for this particular weekly bonus. That means that in the Entrepreneur Pools, $20,000 would be divided by 50 shares and each share would be worth $400. A Bronze would make $400, a Silver would make $800, a Gold would make $1,200 and a Platinum would make $1,600 in this example.

Rank Advancement Bonus

As you advance through the SOZO® Rewards Plan, you can earn a one-time rank advancement bonus, at each level achieved. These are one-time bonuses paid after all qualifications have been met.

SOZO® will pay up to a maximum of 50% of the Qualified Personal Enrollment Tree Volume. If the cap is reached, SOZO® will adjust the Commission percentage to reach the 50% maximum payout. If you don’t place an order or have Retail Sales of any kind within a 6-month period, your position will be canceled and you will have the option to be converted to a Preferred Customer. An annual fee of $49 is required to remain an active distributor.

50% Payout Rule: SOZO® will not payout more than 50% of the total Business Volume during any bonus period.Active Distributor: A Distributor who generates at least 80 PV of recurring order volume or 100 BV in a rolling 4 week period.Autoship (recurring order): This is an ongoing and automatic program that enables customers and Distributors to receive their products consistently every 28 days. This is a great way to ensure you maintain Active status.Business Volume: All personal purchase volume and retail and preferred customer volume conbined during a rolling four week period. Business Volume qualifies you for rank advancement and other features in the plan. You will receive 5% on all volume that exceeds 200SV (i.e., on your “0” level). Commission Qualified: Active and Qualified.Compression: Excludes inactive Distributors from counting as a level in your Personal Enrollment Tree.Customer: Anyone who purchases a SOZO® product either directly from a Distributor or from a Distributor’s website and is not yet a Distributor.Distributor: Anyone who signs a SOZO® Enrollment Agreement and purchases at least a $99 Starter Kit (included in the SOZO® Product Packs). All Distributors must also adhere to the SOZO® Policies and Procedures and Terms and Conditions. A Distibutor who has had their position cancelled for any reason is no longer a Distributor. Dual-Team: When you build your team, you will build a “left leg” and a “right leg”. All SV from orders associated with a SOZO® Product Pack enters the left or right leg. This is your Dual-Team structure. PEV is used to calculate the Personal Team Commissions and Diamond Leadership Bonuses. This volume amount does not include SOZO® Product Pack sales.Personally Sponsored (Enrolled): A term used to describe the direct connection between a Sponsor (Enroller) and a new Distributor. Sponsoring or enrolling means the same thing in SOZO®. Placement is where you position someone in the Dual-Team Plan. Some bonuses are paid on Sponsorship and others are based on placement.Preferred Customers: Preferred Customers are your Retail customers who sign up with a recurring order of 50SV (Sales Volume) or more and receive Preferred Customer pricing on SOZO® products. Qualified: A personally enrolled active Distributor on both your left and right legs.Qualified Personal Enrollment Tree Volume (QPEV): The total volume in your personally sponsored organization from Retail Sales, Personal Volume from Distributors within your personal organization and SOZO® Product Pack sales within your personally sponsored organization are used to calculate the Qualified Personal Enrollment Tree Volume for rank advancement.Rank: The title earned by fulfilling the Rewards Plan’s stated business requirements.Rank (Highest Achieved or Lifetime): The highest rank title earned since joining SOZO®.Rank (Paid As): The Rank title earned in the current pay period.Retail Customers: These are customers who purchase SOZO® product at retail price, whether directly from SOZO® Distributors or through online purchases. Distributors may purchase product at wholesale price and resale it for retail profit.Retail Commissions: Profit based on the di�erence between wholesale pricing and retail and/or preferred customer pricing, and is paid weekly. You can earn between 20-50% depending on the products that are purchased and resold. In addition to this payout, all of your personally enrolled customer volume pays 5% directly to you for all Volume that exceeds 200BV, and is paid monthly. Retail Volume is added to Business Volume and therefore may be used toward your personal qualifications as well.Rolling Four Week Period: The current week and the previous 3 weeks.Sales Volume (SV): A value expression based on the wholesale price of SOZO® products. Each product has a SV number that the company uses to determine what is paid out to you in the Rewards Plan.Strong Side Volume: The total SV in the stronger-leg of your Dual-Team structure.
