Most Christians believe that the Bible holds the answers to their questions about daily living and that reading the Scriptures will show them good examples to follow for their own lives. Think for a moment and try to list a few examples of healthy families in the Bible who are ideals worth emulating. Please join us and take a brief trip through the book of Tobit with Dr. Joan Gorski and discover some of the wisdom that are in our lives.

The St Joseph’s CCW invites all to a brief look into this rich book of

the bible.

The presentation will be followed by light

refreshments and discussion.

Protecting God’s Children Safe Environment training is taking place in all dioceses of the

United States. Over 2 million clergy, employees, and volun-teers have been trained to prevent and respond to the abuse of

children. We will offer this training here at St. Joseph on Tues-day, January 30 at 6:30pm and on Saturday, February 3 at

1:00pm. It is a three-hour class and Fr. Luis would like all who are involved in ministry here at St. Joseph to attend a

class to help ensure a safe environment for our children. If you have attended this class in the past, there is no need to repeat

it. The class will be in room 5 and participants should enter through the west school doors.

Participants MUST attend the entire class so late comers

will NOT be allowed in.

You may register online at virtus.org or call the Faith For-

mation office at 630-832-5514. These classes are in English, classes in Spanish will be offered soon.

If you are interested in helping with the St. Joseph's Table please call or text Sue Kopecky at 630/808-8376.
