descriptionThe Neo™ style is a steel rolling overhead garage door has been designed to be operated by a B&D Controll-A-Door® opener which also provides the locking.

It has a wide square profile which provides a modern contemporary look whilst still retaining the unique mini groove top sheet which helps protect the paint finish and assists in consistent performance.

The rolling garage door is made up of a steel, ribbed curtain that moves vertically in the opening, then rolls up around a drum above the opening, guided by tracks and counterbalanced with springs.

descriptionB&D Rolling Door products have been tested in accordance to the wind requirements of AS/NZS 4505:2012 (Garage Doors & Other Large Access Doors) which complies to AS/NZS 1170.2:2011 (Wind actions) and AS 4055:2012 (Wind loads for housing).

B&D Series 1 wind rating is an option for the standard rolling door described in this product manual.

Our wind-locking technology incorporates a unique clip design fitted to the edge of every flat on our high wind rolling doors. When exposed to high wind situations, this clip design ensures the door is held captive in the door track, it reduces the risk of both blow-in and blow-out wind forces, and provides added protection against forced entry.

• Guide size width total 90mm x 45mm

• Additional width doors and side room are required depending on the building structure. Check the drawing details in compliance section for this information.
