Proposed Improvements
• Add new painted sidewalks and neckdowns at the following
locations:
• Bainbridge and Reservoir Oval E
• Park entrance at Holt Pl and Reservoir Oval
• Park entrance at Reservoir Pl and Reservoir Oval
• Park entrance between Wayne Ave and Bainbridge
• Bainbridge and Reservoir Oval W
• Add yield crosswalks and signs at the following locations:
• Park entrance at Holt Pl and Reservoir Oval
• Park entrance at Reservoir Pl and Reservoir Oval
• Park entrance between Wayne Ave and Bainbridge
• Reduce speed limit around the circle to 20mph
• Add 9 new parking spaces to the neighborhood
Next Steps
1. DOT will install new signs around Reservoir Oval and add
parking along Reservoir Place this spring
2. Community could apply for a Neighborhood Slow Zone:

applications are due May 31.
3. Reservoir Oval will be repaved in July with pavement
markings will follow the repaving
4. Painted areas will be installed as DOT’s paint schedule
allows
