Declaration of State of National Calamity

Issuance of Presidential Directives:

Designation of Relief & Recovery CoordinatorsGovernment Agencies to mobilize officials & employees in the relief & rehab effortsDepartment of Health to assume direct supervision & control over health & sanitation operations
