In the coming decade, Bordeaux will witness an amazing urban transformation together with an economic growth and a cultural dynamism.

The Wet Docks, a key part of the projects of the urban reshape, are located near the Wine Culture and Tourism Center. They benefit from two exceptional products: 2 dry docks of respectively 100 sqm and 150 sqm.

In partnership with the city hall and the Urban Community of Bordeaux, the Port of Bordeaux wishes to run this potential by creating a luxury boat refitting cluster on this site.
