MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITYA firm must have a location within Spokane and Kootenai Counties to be eligible for membership.Member firms that must hold a valid business license or industry certification as a requirement or qualification to be engaged in their chosen primary business as required by the States of Washington and Idaho will provide such approved license or industry certification for review if requested by the Board of Directors.EWI of Spokane consists of a diverse group of businesses, governmental agencies, non-profit enterprises or associations actively engaged in the conduct of business that meet all requirements of the Corporation and the Chapter (“Member Firms”).EWI of Spokane classifies our member firms by the North America IndustryClassification System (NAICS) Codes and Titles. Member firms are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their assigned NAICS Codes and Titles, and Primary Business Descriptions documented in the EWI of Spokane member firm rosters and listings.

The NAICS Code and Title may be the same for firms within the Spokane Chapter. However, the Primary Business Description must be different. The Recruitment & Retention Director refers to the NAICS Code and Title Classification, and Primary Business Description for the evaluation of a proposed member firm.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTSEach member firm must be represented by a representative or an executive at seven (7) meetings within the Chapter year and must not have three (3) consecutive unexcused absences at any time during their term of membership.

A representative must attend a minimum of six (6) meetings during the Chapter year. (See Member Guide for complete attendance requirements.)

EWI CHAPTER DUES & FEES*Dues for membership in EWI of Spokane are as follows:

New Member Corporate and Local Membership Fees:• Representative annual fees of $430.50 (includes all dues and fees, excluding

monthly dinner dues)• Additional representatives may be enrolled at a reduced rate

Renewal Corporate and Local Membership Fees:• Representative annual fees of $340.50 (includes all dues and fees, excluding

monthly dinner dues)• Additional representatives will be billed at a reduced rate

Dinner Dues:Ten months at $35 and two months at $40
