1. Wind Turbine
Wind turbine converts wind energy caught by the rotating blades into electrical energy. Generated
energy is conserved in a battery system for local consumption or channeled to the Grid.
Malaysia requires suitable design of wind turbine that can accommodate the prevailing wind speed of 2
m/sec; Each unit can generate from 300W up to 1.5 MW of AC electrical energy.

2. Solar Panel
PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE
AIG’s amorphous silicon solar modules are glass-laminated and encapsulated with EVA ( Ethylene Vinyl
Acetate ) to protect solar cells from moisture for their lifetime. It is perfect to use in many climatic conditions
i.e. sunny, cloudy, rainy, and even at low light or under shade.
AIG is a global leader in development of manufacturing equipment for the thin-film BIPV module production
Beside capabilities for providing manufacturing equipment for creating transparent PV modules (using ZnO
as back contact), we also create machines for producing colored PV modules by depositing dichroic
reflective interference filtering films, as well as utilizing some other coating techniques.

3. Electric Scooter
The world’s first electric scooter was launched at Batu Buruk in 2006; Manufactured and marketed in China
beginning 2007 by AIG (Denmark); The scooter is powered by electrical power generated by a mini wind
turbine system installed on the scooter; A stronger version that can climb up to 40% gradient is planned to be
produced.

4. Electric Car
This car is powered by electrical energy generated by an adapted wind turbine using Putarrello technology;
an Independent Internal Charging System.
This technology enables the car to be continuously charged without the need to stop; The power generated
can accelerate the car from 0-100 Km within 3.8 seconds and a maximum speed of 160 Kmh; The main
market is for export; Collaborates with ELBNT (Korea).

5. Three Wheeler Bike
The three-wheeler is partly designed by locals and further research was done in Taiwan/Austria on a joint
venture basis; It will be manufactured for local and export markets; The scooter is powered by bio-diesel/
electric and engine capacity ranges equivalent to 250 cc , 750 cc and 1800 cc.

6. Tut-Tut
Revival of trishaw of old design; Rebranding and redesigning of trishaw services that has been
forgotten/ignored; Provide comfort and convenience to passengers; Introduce modern image and level of
service to public transportation facilities.
The Thai tuk tuk is starting to change from the old smoke-spewing vehicle of yester year. Many Thai Tuk Tuk
companies now produce Low Emission vehicles, and even old ones are having new Engines fitted along with
LPG conversions. In an early morning of Bangkok, these same passenger vehicles can be seen busily
transporting fresh produce around the city. The new tuk tuks also have wet weather sides to keep
passengers and drivers dry.. Now, introducing the new Tut-Tut with Zero Carbon Emission.

7. The Electric Boat
The electric motor may only be connected to onboard power systems and accessories of 48/51 volts ( 30 KW
engine ) DC or 80 volts DC ( 20-30 KW engine ) which comply with the CE/ISO standard. Between the battery
and the main switch a 300-400 Amp fuse ( suitable for 50 or 80 volts DC ) has to be connected. All
Installations and insulations comply with 50/80 V DC low voltage and marine electric installation regulations.
All main switch rated for 50/80 volts DC / 300 Amp permanent charge. A safety switch connected
between the main switch and the battery. A resistor connected to the main switch to enable the pre-
charge of the motor controller capacitor.
