Peter Gilbert, Chief Credit OfficerPeter Gilbert directs the company’s lending operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, secondary and servicing. He has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Residential Finance, he was responsible for credit and secondary marketing functions for all business channels at New Penn, and served as Divisional Senior Vice President of Operations Bank of America and Countrywide Home Loans, a division that produced more than $2 billion per month.

René Lewis, V.P. of Human Resources René Lewis directs all aspects of the Residential Finance human resources and talent management programs. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources and Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, she oversees organizational development, benefits and wellness, compensation and employee relations. René’s previous HR leadership roles span from retail to government to international business.

Michael Isaacs, Chief Executive OfficerMichael Isaacs is President and Chief Executive Officer of Residential Finance. Founded in 1997, the company has grown to be the 55th largest mortgage company in the nation. You should expect to receive a notification from the servicer within 30 to 45 days of your loan closing. Once they are in contact with you, you may be able to set up automatic bill pay or discuss other types of loan payment arrangements.

“Will my loan terms change if the loan transfers to a new servicer?”Q
