RAD Model

First, you provide us with a requirement and the number of consultants you might require in your offshore development team.

We shortlist consultants based on your requirements and send you the best CV’s

You choose the best CV’s to interview them to understand their technical and communication skills.

Once the Interviews are done, you select the consultants who you want to hire.

The selected consultants will start working for you under our infrastructure in Bangalore, India.

The consultants will work on your time zone between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CET or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET.

The consultants will work using VPN (Virtual Private Network), so all the coding is done directly on your Servers.

Your onsite Project Manager will manage the offshore developers directly.

RAD Process

You would use messaging software like MSN, Skype, and Soft-Phone to ensure the communication gap is eliminated.

You can also use telephone or Video Conferencing facility for your team meetings.

As per your specifications, we will best try to customize our infrastructure setup to ensure total security for your projects.

The consultants are exclusive for you and you can use them for multiple projects within your organization.

You pay an all inclusive cost on a monthly basis.

If required, you can try us for a 30 days trial period to help you understand the model better.
