Data Acquisition andVerification

All data for SoundTube speakers areindependently collected from andverified by NWAA Labs(www.nwaalabs. com) using theirproprietary MACH testing system. Alldata are collected and analyzedaccording to ASTM, ISO and AESstandards using EASRA, TEF andMLSSA. Full balloon data includingboth phase and magnitude arecompiled into a variety of formatsincluding EASE 4.x, GLL and CLF.

ArchitecturalSpecificationsThe loudspeaker shall be an on-grounddesign consisting of one 133.35 mm(5.25 in) low-frequency transducerand one 25 mm (1.0 in.) high-frequency transducer. The lowfrequency voice coil diameter shall be25 mm (1.0 in). Performance

specifications of a typical productionunit shall be as follows: Usablefrequency response shall extend from86 Hz – 22 kHz. Measured sensitivity(2.83 Volt input, 1 meter) shall be atleast 89.0 dB. The loudspeaker shallhave a nominal impedance of 4 Ohms.The enclosure shall be constructed ofa non-polluting elastomer reinforcedresin polymer with pulverised stone.Color options shall be brown, gray orsandstone. All transducers andnetwork circuitry are weatherresistant and ship in a sealedenclosure. The external wiring inputconnector shall be hard wire leads.The overall cabinet dimensions shallbe no more than 266.7 mm (10.5 in) inwidth by 209.6 mm (8.25 in) in heightand 241.3 mm (9.5 in.) in depth. Theunit shall weigh no more than 4.98 kG(11 lbs). The system shall be thePunkRock for both low and highimpedance applications.
