Payment Terms. All invoices are due 30 days from invoice date. Invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date will be charged 1.5% per month.

Payment Method. Pukka accepts either checks made out to Pukka, Inc., or payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Cancellations/Returns. No order cancellations will be accepted unless approved by an authorized agent of Pukka after being received in written form. Orders entered into production cannot be cancelled. No returns will be accepted for fabric and/or thread shading which may vary between di!erent lots and from order to order.
