& Evacuate> Evacuate building using the nearest

EXIT and Staircase immediately> Do Not Use Lift> Do not Take Personal belonging

Assembly Point> Proceed to the evacuation assembly

area in orderly manner.> Assemble for roll call.> Do not Re-enter the building until

clear instruction is given by Fire representative / Officer

1. PTM annual fire drill exercise was conducted on 25th Nov start from 11.00am,end at 11.25am which involved all employees.

2. The exercise was carried out as plan and employees moved to the assemblypoint orderly and smoothly.

3. Evacuation time cycle was 2.15 minutes, compared with 2.4 minutes year 2014.

4. Firefighting demonstration and Safety briefing also carried out.
