Welcome We are very proud to present an exciting 2-day conference from 28th February – 1st March 2017 + 2 extra days’ 2nd March- 3rd March 2017. We have moved the location to Hotel Scandic Sydhavnen in Copenhagen. In the program, there will be time to network and talk to suplliers, speakers and felllow trainers. The DECADE Course Management System, created by Scott Fawcett, has solved golf strategy by combining shot distribution patterns and PGA Tour scoring statistics. When Scott combined those two data sets he created a simple way to optimize target selection. Good players know if a pin is closely guarded by a lake to favor the center of the green – but how much? DECADE quickly generates the optimal target that will produce the lowest score based on distance, hazards, and hole location.

PROGRAM EXTRA DAYS MIKE ADAMS & SCOTT LYNN BIOSWING MECHANICS LEVEL 2 – UNDERSTANDING AND APPLYING Tursday 2nd March Kl. 09.00 Mike Adams & Scott Lynn: Dr Scott Lynn, Biomechanist, will go into more depth

abut Biomechanics. Mike Adams and Scott Lynn discuss how to test each student, to determine whether they are a Glidder, Spinner or Launcher. Understanding the differences and how to determine who will benefit from each power source. We will teach the instructors how to use force plates to determine the optimal lower body movements for each student.

MIKE ADAMS Mike Adams been teaching for 38 years. During that time he has taught over 120,000 hours. He teaches an average of 10 hours per day of lessons in both the winter and the summer. He just finished his tenth season as Director of Instruction at Hamilton Farm GC in Gladstone, NJ and is teaching for the 7th winter as the Director of Instruction at The Medalist GC in Hobe Sound, Florida. He was Director of Instruction at the Hills of Lakeway in Austin, Texas for 7 years and Director of Instruction at PGA National for 14 years. During that time, he opened and operated 4 Academies in Germany, one in Austria, one in Singapore, one at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs Colorado, and another at Royce Brook GC in New Jersey. He was recently elected to the World Golf Teachers Hall of Fame (along with Butch Harmon, David Leadbetter, Jim Hardy, Jim McLean, and Chuck Cook) and he currently is a GOLF Magazine Top 100 Instructor and a Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher (he is currently ranked 6th). He recently was named PGA National Teacher of the Year for 2016-2017, he is a winner of the South Florida PGA Teacher of the Year (2001), and a three-time winner of the NJ Section Teacher of the Year 2013-2014-2015). He has written and co-written twenty golf instruction books, including two GOLF Magazine Instruction Books of the Year: Play Better Golf and The LAWs of the Golf Swing. He organized and helped edit the Best Putting Instruction Book Ever and the Best Driving Instruction Book Ever. He has written over 100 articles for GOLF Magazine, Golf Digest Golf Illustrated and Golf Tips. He had a Golf Instruction Show on TNT and CNN for 14 years. He spoke at the first three PGA National Teaching and Coaching Summits, and the one in 2011, 2015 and 2017. He spoke at the Canadian Teaching and Coaching Summit, the European Teaching and Coaching Summit, 2 Swedish Teaching Summits (2001 and 2014), Finish Teaching Summit (2013), he spoke at the LPGA Teaching and Coaching Summit in 2013 and the TPI World Golf and Fitness Summit in 2012, and he has spoken in Canada, Germany, Switzerland, France, the Philippines, South Korea, England, China, Japan, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Singapore. He has spoken at almost every Section in the US. He has been fortunate enough to mentor, train, influence and develop over 20 current members of the GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teacher List. He was fortunate to have taught 5 Presidents (Donald Trump, George H. Bush, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Gerald Ford). His students have won 136 times on Tour, 13 Major Championships, 22 USGA Events.

BioSwingDynamics system is the combination of the sciences of Biomechanics and Dynamics and how they apply to the student's swing.

Biomechanics is the study of body mechanics. It takes the laws of physics, mechanics, and engineering applying them to human performance. It relates them to the internal and external forces acting on the body and the effects of these forces.

It allows us to predict the mechanical aspects of human motion and potential outcome. Dynamics is the motion of bodies as induced by external forces. BioSwingDynamics bridges the gap between teaching, coaching and science. It allows us to take the guesswork out of determining how a golfer should swing optimally. It allows us to bring efficiency of motion in an injury free environment to the students’ golf swing.

Dr. SCOTT LYNN Completed his BSc/BPHE, MSc and PhD (Biomechanics) degrees at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON, Canada. He then did a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, ON, Canada. He is now an associate professor of Kinesiology (Biomechanics) at California State University, Fullerton and works with the varsity golf teams at both CSU Fullerton and CSU Long Beach. He is also involved with pre-season testing and movement pattern correction exercise consultation with the LA Kings Hockey Club.

Dr. Lynn strives to advance our knowledge base by conducting his own research studies related to golf and movement biomechanics. His biomechanics lab has access to all the latest tools to measure human body biomechanics (kinematics and kinetics) as well as golf ball flight information.

SCOTT FAWCETT Even though he played on the PGA Tour, Scott Fawcett may not be a name you recognize. Mainly because his career was short lived. A shoulder injury kept him from competing at the elite level. Though he did win twice on the NGA Hooters tour, played in the 1999 U.S Open and won a handful of mini-tour events.

In 2001, the aforementioned shoulder injury forced Scott from the game and he entered the work world - though, to be fair - he ended up creating a billion dollar electrical empire in Texas, which allowed him turn his attention back to golf.

By 2014, Scott felt the urge to compete, and, having reclaimed his amateur status, entered the realm of competitive amateur golf. But this time, his mindset was different. With his background in math, economics, and poker, he developed a system for making decisions on the golf course. He combined TrackMan data with PGA Tour scoring statistics to create a system that allowed him to easily choose his targets during a round and thus, the DECADE Course Management System was born. Centered on the premise that effective course management can be taught and is less about emotion, and more about playing the percentages.
