The screen is well protected to prolong its service life. The super‐powerful LED shows the states of input and output, so that the operators and service man can easily grasp the system opera�ons. The keyboard locker is set to prevent the operators from changing the data. Computer se�ng and PID closed loop system are adopted to control the temperature of canister precisely. The machine is furnished with func�ons like an�‐cold startup and alarm for material storage. It can also memorize the molding parameters and protect the passwords. The plas�c injec�on, mold opening and closing are controlled with guage on the machine intake.

Control Part

Systema�c/Ergonomic design and placing of each electric component / wire improves overall func�onality and performance. Bigger fans ensures right ven�la�on which is must for smooth func�oning. In built UPS (for PLC) and Energy meter are standard in our panels.

QMC systems allow machine user to clamp and de‐clamp mold within few minutes by means of hydraulic pressure

With the push of a bu�on, clamping and de‐clamping can be done in less than a minute and hence reduce

produc�on down �me. It operates with hydraulic and pneuma�c pressure along with the mechanical safety.

Normally mold change takes almost two to three hours but with QMC can be reduced to 20‐30 minutes or

even lesser. Full return on investment can be safely assumed in less than 1.5 years

QMC shorten setup �mes, hence it helps in increasing produc�vity Automated systems allow convienent electrical monitoring of pressure posi�on and other produc�on
