NOTE - You can only copy classes with the same reporting terms (includes Finals)

Yearlong courses only set up one class

Semester courses Set up 1 class in each semester

Art cycle courses Set up 1 class in each marking period (not art cycle)

Enter or edit Categories Double click on Q1 Select Category Weights Click add categories Place a check next to the

categories for that marking period only

Enter the correct weights for those categories

Right Click on Y1 Arty cycle classes Q1

Select Copy Grade Setup – Entire Class

Subject - is the incident (cutting class, disrespect, chewing gum, forms not returned) If incident is handled by the teacher and needs no further administrative action,

follow the incident title with the letters TA (example: chewing gum –TA) (TA=Teacher Action)

Log Entry Describe action - “Student name was 10 minutes late to class with 2 other

friends” Do not use other student’s names Include any action taken (example: lunch detention) Include any contact made with parent/guardian (example: mother contacted
