MY ETHOS AS AN ARCHITECT IS BASED UPON BOTH THE COLLABORATIVE AND PARTICIPATORY SPIRIT, AND THE

EFFECTIVENESS AND FUNCTIONALITY OF DELIVERING ANY PROJECT. I ALWAYS TARGET TO COMPLETE ALL PROJECTS

THAT IM INVOLVED WITH. AS WITH MOST ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNING SOLUTIONS, ALL PROJECTS EVOLVE OVER TIME,

AND THIS BELIEF HAS INFLUENCED MY CHARACTER GREATLY AS AN ARCHITECT, DESIGNER AND PROFESSIONAL.I AM ACUTELY AWARE OF THE LEARNING PROCESS THAT WOULD BE INVOLVED FOR ME HERE, BUT LOOK FORWARD

TO DEALING WITH THIS AND THE MANY OTHER CHALLENGES THAT I WILL FACE THROUGHOUT MY CAREER.

para cada situacin son parte de mi carcter. Jams terminamos de mejorar en todos los aspectos de la vida y en especial

en el mundo arquitectnico. Soy consciente del largo camino que acabo de empezar, y he de afrontar las dicultades de

| PFC | DETACHED HOUSES AND PARK FOR WRITERS WITH AN INTERNSHIP [2011]

This is the nal project at university level. My nal project comprises of twenty detached houses. The housing complex

project is for novel writers. the house has 70 square metres. The project has many buildings and rooms, the most important is

the library tower which contains 50.000 books, an auditorium and exhibition hall.

The process of design is based upon the wallkings ;visual points to segovias city centre. Concepts such as errabundeo

(wandering aimlessly) and nomadism. Menhir as a generator element and reference.

You can observe on the project more concepts in relation to land art and readymade which is a Dadas concept about

the walks around the centre of Paris.

ARCHICELLS. DETACHED HOUSES AND PARK [2008]

Temporal houses proposal; this project features the novel use of future-obsolete conduction tubes for gas or petrol,

reconverted into homes and adaptable to all kinds of land thanks to its hidraulic legs-structure.

ArchiCells includes a cultural and leisure programme and study room, internet, restaurants, etc As neighbourdhood didnthave this kind of space and it was intended to create these through the interventions.

MUSEUM IN ALEXANDRIA [2009]

The building is born from transformation and by a segregation and division from the total by an elimination process.This

perception is very present during the full project, with clear references to the antique temples,but adapted to an angular

geometry which emphasises the image of the emergent building.

Located between earth and sea, in front of the city`s library (Snohetta), the complex presents a museum programme which

tells the story of the three ofthe most important civilizations who lived in alexandria (egyptian, greekand roman), along with

an auditorium, restaurantand ofces,creating thenew lighthouse ofthe magical village.

THE WALK. HOUSE-UNIVERSITY [2008]

The aim was toinvestigatehow to createarchitecture througha tour. Thisroute was limitedbetween the universityand my

house. At the beginning, it was important to study Andy Goldworthy`s composition work where I discovered some ideas a

bout light and their routes. I made some movement studios with four people and their torches thinking about the light and

trying to nd the architecture in these pictures and movies which I took.The conclusions were interpreted as line drawings. The different drawings` spectra usually change at the same time that

emotional states change.

At the end I found an unlimitated structure similiar to the replication of a virus. And this structure protects us and the project

provides shelter also.
