Corporate Brochure An accordian fold brochure for the high-end
custom millwork company SYCAMORE designs describing their process.
CORPORATE
The design process starts in our cabi-netry showroom, where we hold the first two design meetings. When attending your first design meeting, we ask that you bring a basic sketch of the space we’re working with, showing wall lengths, wall height, windows and doorways.
Following the first meeting, our designer needs 1-2 weeks to prepare a custom design & pro-posal. When your package is ready, we will ar-range the second meeting at our showroom to review the details of the design. We are able to present you with an advanced 3D rendering. Along with our design, we also present you a full proposal which includes include time frame, specifications, cost and payment schedule for the project.
The last step in our design process is a detailed measurement by one of our skilled cabinet makers. If any revisions are required, we will always provide you an updated set of drawings for approval. From this point, your project will be sent into project management and proceed to the construction phase!
Design
Manufacture
We install what we build. No sub contrac-tors, no middle man. Our highly skilled team of cabinet makers and installers will see your project through from beginning to end. This is another quality control measure to ensure we’re providing the best product possible.
Founded in 2000, we have steadily grown to one of Barrie’s largest cus-tom cabinet, millwork and store fix-ture provider. We specialize in the design, manufacturing, finishing and installation of fine custom cabi-netry and millwork. We service both the residential and commercial field. Although we’re known for our mid range to high-end kitchens, bath-rooms and commercial millwork, we
can construct anything cabinet ry related that you wish. This includes (but is not limited to) entertainment units, bars, built-in units, closets, laundry rooms.and more. Our com-mercial department can undertake both custom and mass production millwork projects. This includes re-ception desks, kitchenettes, com-mercial casework and store fixtures.
AboutSYCAMORE design
Why us?
We’re a true design and build firm. No mass-produced, assembly line cab-inets here. Our products are expertly handcrafted exactly for your space.
TRULY CUSTOM
We have the e x p e r i e n c e that newer companies simply cannot. We’ve been in business since 2000 and bring the diverse professional experience that we’ve acquired to every project that we build.
EXPERIENCED
We take pride in handcrafting our fine cabinetry in a large, state of the art facil-ity located in Barrie, ON. We control the entire process, from design to installation. We assign every project to an experi-enced, lead cabinet maker to oversee from start to finish.
EXPERTLY HANDCRAFTED
We invest a great deal of time in proper scheduling and plan-ning of our operation. We don’t overbook our shop. We don’t provide unattainable delivery dates to secure work. We take deadlines very seriously.
ALWAYS ON TIME
In-house construction provides us with the ultimate ability to maintain control over our quality. We run small pods of cabinet making teams who work on their projects exclusively until finished. We also take a unique stance on instal-lation, using our own cabinet makers instead of third party sub contractors.
Every quality product, starts with qual-ity material. We only use high-end ma-terials from trusted vendors. We do not settle for second best. We have experi-ence in fabrication of many different mediums from wood to plastic and even metal.
InstallOne of our top compliments remains the pro-fessionalism of our staff. We respect the fact that your house is not simply a job site. It’s your home and we are guests within it. At the end of every installation we leave you a de-tailed post installation report as well as a care and maintenance booklet.
We travel throughout central Ontario, with much of our work coming from Toronto and the Muskoka’s. We have extensive condo-minium experience are well prepared for the unique challenges that these projects involve.
