Party Night London Ltd DJ Audio & Light sound systems

At Party Night London we offer a wide range of different set ups. All set ups are suitable for birthday parties, weddings, corporate parties, fashion shows and numerous other events.

We do not add VAT onto our prices. Set up and prices are on occassions negotiable and discounts and special offer may apply.

Public Liability Insurance:

All of our private event DJs carry public liability insurance. If the venue requires a copy of the DJs public liability insurance please inform us early as possible so we can email it to you or directly to the venue.

Congestion charge and parking:

If the set up is required before 19:00pm in Central London or the City of London on weekdays and if there is no direct parking outside the location of event, we will add an additional £25 to the price for congestion charge and parking fees. If you can arrange parking directly outside of the building we will add and additional £10 for the congestion charge only.

Saturday and Sunday prices will not incur the additional £25 congestion and parking charge.

Areas of cover and charges:

We cover all areas in Greater London, Central London, City of London and selective locations in Hertfordshire and Surrey. Hertforshire and Surrey events will be an additional £50 for petrol and driving time.

Turntables Vs CDJs:

Turntables are more aesthetically pleasing for the overall DJ set up. The DJ is able to perform better on turntables than CDJs (if a showcase set is requested). Turntable prices are higher as they heavier in weight, take longer to set up and have higher running costs.

Use of our set up:

Our set ups are to be used by our DJs only. The DJ requested will set up and play or we may send one or two persons to set up the equipment beforehand. The DJ hired will arrive later to use the set

up we have provided. We do not offer hire of sound systems for other DJs who are not in our agency.

Format of music (Serato/ Scratchlive):

All DJs will plug their laptops into Serato (or Scratchlive) which then is plugged into the decks. They will be mixing live and not automixing (See image below). The songs will be sourced from the laptop but the mixing and song manipulation will happen from the DJ using the turntables or CDJs.

DJ hire prices (add cost of sound system onto service price):

Sunday - Thursday: 5 hour slot (Finishing at 12:00am latest) - £150 Sunday - Thursday: 5hour slot 22:00-03:00 - £175

Friday before 12:00 am finish: 5hr slot £200. After 22:00pm: 2.5hours: £175, 5hour time slot finishing after 12:00am £225

Saturday before 12:00am finish: 5hour slot £200. After 22:00pm: 2.5hours: £185, 5hr slot finishing after 12:00am - £250

Set up 1 and 2 are to plug into the venue sound system. We will need to speak to the venue beforehand to find out what type of input connection their walls have and if there is a sound limiter.

Most DJ set ups require 1 hour to set up. DJ Set ups 11-14 require at least 3hours set up time before the event.

General details about all equipment:

Colours of turntables may vary: white, black, silver or chrome.

Mixer brands may vary: Pioneer, Vestex, Behringer or Technics.

Speakers brands may vary: Mackie, QTX, EV, JBL, RCF, QFC

Light brands may vary: all lights are full size moving heads (not mini moving heads).
