Our flagshipprogrammePostgraduateDiploma inManagement
(PGDM),dulyapprovedbyAICTE,MinistryofHRD,Government
of India is being conducted since 2006. The Programme is at
parwiththatofotherreputedmanagementinstitutesinIndiaand
abroad.UnderthistwoyearProgramme,thestudentswillundergo
teachingandtrainingin32coresubjects,5softwarelabsand12
specializationpapersinareassuchasMarketing,Finance,Human
Resource. The programme is divided into seven trimesters.
The first three trimesterswill provide strong foundation in basic
disciplines.ThefourthtrimesterisforSummerTraining&Project
Report.Intheremainingthreetrimestersstudentswillspecializein
theirareasofinterest.
The institute has kept in focus the trend of liberalization and
consequentglobalizationoftheIndianeconomyandisconstantly
endeavouringtohavethesetrendsreflectedinall itsactivities in
ordertomaketheprogrammedifferentfromothers.
Quality standards as certified in ISO 9001:2008 have been
incorporated in all our educational courses.
Selection procedure• TobecomeapartofJIMS,thestudentshavetoundergoarigorous,andcomprehensiveselectionprocedure.Onlythosewithexceptionalmanagementpotential are selected and groomed throughthescientificallydesignedacademic programmes.
• ThestudentsareshortlistedbasedontheirperformanceinCAT/MATexaminations.
• Theshortlistedcandidatesareinvitedtoparticipate in the selection process which involves,GroupDiscussionandroundsofPersonalInterviews.
