Motivation of this work�

IR is a work concerning information, which is only a part of whole work of the university. We should be interested in the whole. Otherwise, our analysis could be unused.�

We believe that there are many barriers in the university, which interrupts the improvement process.

Drawing Process for Class Placement of Liberal Arts in the Western Area �

About 740 freshmen apply for the liberal arts subjects. Too many students apply for a class drawing for registration. The drawing takes place in every April only at the western area.

PDCA (plan–do–check–act) is an iterative four-step management method used in business. (English Wikipedia) There are some variations in definition.

It has two fundamentals; (1) improvement by iteration (2) separation of phases

PDCA Cycle in Japan�PDCA cycle is also known as the Deming circle, or Shewhart cycle. They were pioneers of statistical quality control. The PDCA cycle was made popular by W.E. Deming. He had a lectures at the Mt. Hakone of Japan in 1950, after WWII.
