More than 40 percent of Paradehomes are located in Pasco andnorth Hillsborough. These 57 Paradehomes are in communities fromConnerton in Land O’ Lakes, Asturiain Odessa, Union Station in WesleyChapel and Cordoba Estates in Lutz.
“The Parade of Homes has a longtradition of bringing awareness ofnew home construction in theTampa Bay market,” said AndreaHawk, chairperson of the TBBAParade of Homes committee.
“We saw a significant increase innew home sales during 2015, andearly signs for 2016 are even morepositive. The Parade of Homes offershomebuyers an inside look at thelatest design trends and amenities,
and allows folks to createtheir own new home tour.”
This year’s parade dis-plays the latest housingtrends and new home de-signs. Models are beingjudged by industry profes-
sionals from across the country, whoconsider site plan, curb appeal, de-sign, materials, outdoor livingspaces, architectural detailing, andworkmanship.
The TBBA, which has more than750 members, is a professional organ-ization serving construction-relatedbusinesses in Hillsborough, Pasco andPinellas counties. Members includebuilders, developers, suppliers, sub-contractors, lending institutions,
marketing, architectural and engi-neering firms.
The TBBA promotes professional-ism and continuing educationwithin the tri-county building-and-
development industry, and encour-ages industry participation in thecommunity at large.

SEE THE DIFFERENCE HUMIDITY MAKESSTEP 1 — Using the chart, place your index finger on the 50% mark in the Relative Humidity column.
STEP 2 — Slide your finger down the 50% column until you reach the closest temperature to where you setyour thermostat to achieve your greatest comfort level.
STEP 3 — Staying in the same row as your desired temperature, slide your finger all the way left until youreach the number that shows Actual Air Temperature. This final number is the actual air temperature you would set your thermostat at, if you had a two-stage A/Csystem with humidity control set at 50%.
