As a leading supplier in this field we continue to offer an evolving garment range in an array of colours, and all produced to the usual high quality standards you have come to expect from Papini.

Hoodies – new colours and now kids sizesAfter the success of the 380g deluxe hoodie we have added a Royal/Navy and Soft Pink/Grey Marl to our existing range. This year the hoodies are available in children’s sizes 5-6 to 11-12 direct from stock. The kids colour range is the same as the adults, giving you more scope when supplying to say, teams and schools for example. See page 28 for more details. We are always looking to add to our hoodie range. If you have any colour combinations that you would like to see included then we would love to hear from you.

Papini Bespoke – introducing DIY PolosWe are very proud of our bespoke range, and this year we are introducing a new addition to the service - Papini DIY Polos. To get the polo you want simply choose from four styles, ten different colours, and then mix the two together. Papini bespoke quality for just 150 minimum. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. See page 12 for more information.

Papini Studio Our new in house photographic studio is now up and running. If you have products that need photographing, cutting out, or even re-touching for a brochure or website, then Papini Studio are here to do it cheaply and effectively. From a small pair of earrings to large plant hire machinery, no job is too little or too big. Just give us a ring to find out how we can give your company maximum exposure. See page 36.

due to a huge increase in the amount of photography we do at papini, we are proud to announce that our new photographic studio is now up and running, complete with in-house photographer and editing team.

we have all the latest in digital equipment which gives us, and you, complete control of each job from start to finish. within seconds of the picture being taken it can be viewed on a computer monitor. here, the image can be digitally adjusted whether it be removing unwanted marks, or adding details such as a logo, or even altering the colours. the image is then formatted for print or web use, and then supplied to you via cd, dvd, or via the internet. whatever you need photographing just give us a call. if the object can’t fit in our studio, we’re happy to go on location. to find out how we can improve your image for less, please contact us for more information.

testingAll garments are produced to British Standards and are tested regularly for pilling, shrinkage and colour fastness. Papini products perform perfectly when embroidered, printed or personally embellished. We are happy to supply test results on request.

garment careTo prolong the life of your Papini product we advise that you turn the garment inside out when washing, do not tumble dry the garment, and iron on the reverse on a cool setting.

returns policyAny discrepancies must be notified within seven days either by phone, fax or email. As a customer you may have a reason for goods to be returned to Papini. In order for us to provide an efficient service we have an Authorised Returned Goods Procedure. Only authorised returns will be processed. Please contact our office for a returns reference. This can be done either by phone, fax or email. We will require the following information;

• Customer name and number• Papini Internal Order Number• Reason for the return• Style, size and quantity• If replacement garments are required

By prior arrangement we will accept back any products that are new, current, unworn and suitable for re-sale. A re-stocking fee may be charged. Returned unworn goods of faulty manufacture will be issued a credit. If the garment has been worn we reserve the right to issue an exact replacement or raise a partial credit note dependant on wear and age of garment.

The purchaser is responsible to ensure the goods are correct before enhancement. No returns are accepted once they are printed or processed in any way.
