Tourist Destinations ○ Minar-e-Pakistan is located in Iqbal Park,

Lahore and was constructed during the 1960s. It is measured to be 203 feet long.

○ “Completed in 1986, the Faisal Mosque (also known as Shah Faisal Masjid) is an exceptionally large and unique mosque in Islamabad. Designed by a Turkish architect who won an international competition for the honor, Faisal Mosque is shaped like a desert Bedouin's tent and functions as the national mosque of Pakistan”.

○ Badshahi Mosque is located in Lahore and it was constructed in 1673. It is the second largest mosque in Pakistan and the fifth largest mosque in the world. It is Lahore’s most famous landmark and a major tourist attraction.

○ K2 located Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. It is the second highest mountain in the world at 8,611 meters. It is the highest point in Pakistan.

○I used to climb mountains a lot; I decided to go to Pakistan to climb K2, the world's second-highest mountain. I didn't get quite to the top.
