The Cross-Application Output Monitor Standard SAP does not include a robust tool to detect output issues. In many organizations, output failures go unnoticed. In many departments, employees are spending valuable time printing and scanning output in order to email missing documents to a business partner.

The Cross Application Output Monitor is an online tool designed to monitor and process message output across all application areas within SAP ERP. Using the Output Monitor, you can view the status of messages, preview printed output, display IDOCs, issue output and instantly generate PDF documents.
