We want to create an organization and program that will endure for years to come.

OutReach’s ultimate goal is to be known beyond the USC community amongGSA’s, outside LGBT Organizations, and other universities. Our program isdesigned to reach out to the highest number of LGBT high school students andGSA’s that we can handle. This means that as we grow we will be able tosupport more programming for more schools.

As we reach beyond USC we will be conscientious of the image we arecreating for ourselves, the LGBT Resource Center, GLBTA, and USC. Ourimage is important to maintain so that we will become a familiar programwith GSA’s in the area.

Our efforts to go beyond USC will start with our mailings that will begin oncethe LGBT Resource Center’s recruitment guides are completed.

Within the next 3 yearsOutReach, along with the

Rainbow Floor’s OvernightExperience, will be instantlyrecognizable and familiar toGSA’s across California andto GSA’s around the country.
