EPISTLE READING: St. Paul's First Letter to the Corinthians 4:9-16 BRETHREN, God has exhibited us apostles as last of all, like men sentenced to death; because we have become a spectacle to the world, to angels and to men. THE CONFESSION OF FAITH (Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed)

I believe in one God, Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages;

Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father through Whom all things were made.

Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the

Virgin Mary and became man.

He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried;

Church School No Classes today. December 7 -- Class after Holy Communion until noon December 14 -- Class first at 9:30am December 14 -- Christmas Program following the Divine Services December 21 -- Class after Holy Communion December 28 -- No class. During the Advent Season, Church School is collecting for St. Basil Academy. So far our students have donated $25.00. This collection ends Sunday, December 21. On December 7 at 11:30am there will be a Christmas Program practice in the Sanctuary for children and youth Preschool-6th grade. Parents please pick up your child from the Sanctuary at noon. The program will take place on December 14 following the Divine Services.

Parish Christmas Card Send your Christmas and New Year greetings to the entire Holy Trinity family, while saving time and postage! For $30, our GOYA will ensure your name is included in our community card and mail it to all Parishioners. Philoptochos Coat Campaign Philoptochos will be collecting ladies coats again this year for the Embrace Program at Eskenazi Hospital. Many of the women coming for breast cancer treatment have to walk or take a bus and are arriving chilled to the bone, because they have no coat to wear. Please bring new or gently used coats for men and women along with scarves, gloves, and toiletries such as deodorant, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and shower gel and place them in the bin in the Founders' Walk. Parish Christmas Dinner Philoptochos, GOYA and the Parish Council are preparing a fun evening for families of our Parish on Saturday, December 13 at 6pm. There will be dinner, music, a raffle, games, crafts and a special visit from Santa! Adults are $15 and children 2-17 are $7. Children under 2 are free. Please purchase tickets in the Founders' Walk following the Divine Services or call the Parish Office at 317-733-3033.

Christmas Divine Services Christmas Divine Services will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 24 at 6pm and on Thursday, December 25 at 10am.

Hospitality Committee Volunteers Needed The Hospitality Committee of Philoptochos is seeking volunteers to assist in bringing good cheer through visits and telephone calls to those in our Parish who are not able to attend Divine Services on a regular basis. These Committee members will partner with a Parishioner who is geographically close to them with the goal of establishing brotherly or sisterly Christian fellowship. Men are also encouraged to assist in this mission as we have men that need this service also.
