Praise to the generous hearts of our Family in Christ: Last week a request was sent out on the church updates, that a family without means of transportation was in need of a car. One of our families stepped up and provided a vehicle for this family. (This makes the sixth vehicle to be donated in the past 10 Years)
Thanks to all in this church family for the love of God in their hearts and their willingness to provide for others less fortunate.

QUOTE of the WEEK
“As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right
side, and they were alarmed. "Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Naz-
arene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here.”

TODAY’S CLASSES
These things we know…:
Jesus was killed on a cross.
His death was confirmed.
His lifeless body was placed in a bor-rowed tomb.
A massive stone sealed the dead.
Despair filled lost hearts.
Duty demanded someone care for the body of their fallen friend.
An angel delivered unimaginable and amazing news.
Many eyes witnessed the empty space where once the body laid.
Many of those same eyes saw the risen Jesus.
The good news filled the land: “He is not dead, he is risen from the grave.”
The call still rings out: “Come follow this Risen Savior.”
We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen” (Acts 10:39-40).

Nairobi Great Commission School
The April issue of the Christian Chroni-cle reports on a growing work in Odu-wo, Kenya. The work began as Julian Orimbo, librarian for the Great com-mission School in Nairobi converted 4 women in her home village of Oduwo, a rural village in west Kenya 9 hours drive from Nairobi. She launched a Sunday School that reaches out to the numerous youth in the area. Stillwater has contributed Sunday school materi-als and helped with sports equipment for the youth outreach. Julian’s son, Mike Osir, is minister for the church in Oduwo. The Chronicle shows the blessing of a motor bike to permit Mike to be able to support 3 village congregation recently planted by the Kenyan Christians. This is one of the hundreds of places in east Africa impacted by the staff, grad-uates and programs of the Nairobi Great Commission School. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,……..“
