6.1. Preliminary checks

Check the tightness of the screws.

Check the oil level of the diesel engine.

Check the oil level of the power pack.

Check the battery is at the proper charge level.

Ensure that maintenance and periodic inspections have been carried out.

Check that the Emergency Stops are unlocked (console, pendant, Radio Control).

Read the engine notice carefully.

6.2. Starting diesel engine

2. Turn the ignition key to "1". The numerical display turns on. The "PREHEATING" indicator lights up

when the engine is cold.

3. Press the "START" button.

4. Release the "START" button as soon as the engine is running.

6.3. Operating procedure

With the Ecomode function during the cold start, the controls on the pendant are disabled untilthe engine has reached a temperature of 50C.

6.4. Stop the power pack

6.5. Radio Controlled Option

Always check the status of the battery before using the Radio Control.

Procedure of the Radio Control:

Press "DIESEL +".

Press "Close clamp", the pressure in the clamps must reach 320 bar.

Press "VIBRO +" for 5 seconds to obtain the maximum flow rate.

Press "AMPLITUDE +" for 3 seconds minimum to maintain the vibration.

To reduce the vibration instantly, press "AMPLITUDE " for less than 3 seconds.

To completely stop the vibration, press "AMPLITUDE " for more than 3 seconds.

To stop the flow from the pumps, press "VIBRO " until the "START" indicator lights.

To decrease the speed of the diesel engine, press and maintain "DIESEL ".

To open the clamps, simultaneously press the two buttons "Open clamp."

Stop the Radio Control:

1. Stop the power pack.

2. Press Emergency Stop to turn off the Radio Control.

If the emergency stop button is pressed, if necessary, ensure that the electric jack of the pump is

in start position. Otherwise, bring it back by using the "VIBRO -" of the control box, before

restarting the power pack.
